The ELTE University Library and Archives invites you to visit our exhibition of books on medicine, which opened on this year's Night of Museums.
The 16th century was one of the most important periods in the development of medicine. The first anatomical and botanical nomenclatures, anatomical atlases with detailed illustrations based on dissections and prescription books with pictures of medicinal plants were published. Such volumes have been selected from the 16th century collection of the University Library. The exhibition is open on weekdays by appointment at firstname.lastname@example.org. All visitors are welcome!
